Biography

Peter was born in 1831 in Tioga Co., NY.^[1]

He married Elizabeth Nash before 1858 and they had six children including: George, William, Charles, Franklin and Sarah. His professions were : Day H (1960)^[2], Sawyer (1865), Farmer (1870)^[3], lumberman (1875)^[4], stone mason (1892)^[5], and machinist (1900).^[6] Once Peter retired, he and Elizabeth moved with their son William to Angelica.^[7]

He passed away in 1913 and was buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Belmont, Allegany County, New York.^[8]
