Biography

US Black Heritage Project
Patrick Addison is a part of US Black heritage.

Pat J. Addison was born about 1820 in Maryland, United States. His parents were also born in Maryland.

He was married to Anna born about 1830 in Pennsylvania.

In 1880, he lived with his wife Anna in Walla Walla in Walla Walla County, Washington Territory, United States. He was a farmer and she was a dress maker. Also, part of the household, was dressmaker Emelie C Gant, 20 years old and born in California. All three are noted as mulattos.

In the 1887 state census, his full name is listed: Patrick Jerome Addison.

There is a grave for a Reverend Patrick J Addison born 1820 in Maryland who passed away in Walla Walla in 1900. He is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Walla Walla, Walla Walla County, Washington. Probably the right person, but a death certificate would confirm it.[1]
