Marriage Henry Abbott and Sarah Ann Allington were married after banns at All Saints, Stretton on Dunsmore, Warwickshire on 5th November 1860.[30] They were bachelor and spinster and both of full age. Henry was a bachelor, working as a servant and living in St Michael's, Coventry. His father was stated to be Richard Dickson who was a labourer. Sarah was a spinster living in Stretton on Dunsmore and the daughter of John Allington who was a labourer. Sarah signed her own name on the register whilst Henry could only make his mark with a cross. The witnesses to the marriage were George Allington and Charlotte Allington.[31]
