Frances was born in 1870. She passed away in 1934. Married John Alphus Franklin 21 Nov 1886. Family story says Frances was previously married and came to the marriage with Hubert Elgin Franklin (1892-1959) and J.A. Franklin adopted him or gave him his last name.
