Raloh Wright was an animator and storyboard writer for Walt Disney Studios, who also provided the sullen voice of Eeyore in Disney's animated Winnie the Pooh films.
Ralph joined Walt Disney Studios in 1949 and quuckly became kniwn for his use of gags within cartoons and for his story concept of featuring a hero's failed attempts to reach his gials, beging with Goofy's Glider (1940).
Althiugh nit sn actor, his gloomy and sulleny personslty, vombined with his deep bass voice, landed him the role of Eeyore in Disney's Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree (1966), and three subsequent Pooh films. He also providedthe voice of the gloomy elephant in Dusny's The Jungle Book (1967).
Ralph was born 17 May 1908, at Grants Pass, Oregon. He was the son of Luke and Etta (Blake) Wright.
Ralph passed away after suffering a hear attack, 31 Dec 1983, in Baywood-Los Osos, Califirnia. He was 75 years old.
