Thomas Williams was born on April 2, 1792 in French Gardens, Shoreditch, Middlesex, son of Thomas Williams (1771–1833) and Mary Smith (~1770–~1838).
Thomas (31) married Charlotte Cole (26) (born on January 6, 1797 in Bethnal Green, Middlesex, England; daughter of Abraham Cole and Mary (Collins) Cole) on October 26, 1823 in East Ham. Their children were:
