John Wiatrok was born on 19 Oct 1856 in the German Confederation. First name may have been Johann. Last name was either Wiatrok or Wiatrick.

John (24) married Maria Romancsyk (17) (born in 1862) in 1880. Their children were:

  1. Paul John Wiatrok (1882–~1950)
  2. Mary Wiatrok (1884–1967)
  3. Frank Wiatrok (1885–1952)
  4. Agnes Wiatrok (1888–1968)
  5. Paulina Magaret Wiatrok (1889–1985)
  6. Anna Florentina Wiatrok (1892–1989)

John (38) married Eva Gleash (41) (born about 1852 in West Prussia, Prussia) in 1894 in Sauk, Wisconsin, United States. Their son was Joseph Wiatrok (1895–1967).

According to the Baraboo Weekly News, there was a John Wiatrok from the town of Sumpter, Sauk County, Wisconsin that was arrested by Sheriff Grant Dryer and fined $10 for drunkenness.[1] He was divorced from Eva at the time, and staying with his son (either Paul or Frank)

By 26 Feb 1914, there was a civil court case between a "John Wotrock" and Ernest Kroll, as noted in the Baraboo Weekly News. An Ernest N Kroll was also in a case vs. Gottlieb Slotty.[2]

John (65) married Anna Glick (38) (born in 1882 in Poland) in 1921 in Wisconsin. Their son was Martin Wiatrok (1922–1936).

John passed away on Saturday, 12 May 1934 at Saint Michaels Hospital in Stevens Point, Portage County, Wisconsin. He had been in poor health for nine years, and bedridden for the last year of his life.[3]

He was buried in Saint Casimir Cemetery in Casimir, Portage County, Wisconsin.[4]

His obituary was in the Stevens Point Journal on 12 May 1934 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.[3]

His estate was mentioned in the Stevens Point Journal on 29 May 1934 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.[5]

In the 1910 census John (age 53) was the married head of household in Sumpter, Sauk, Wisconsin, United States.[7]

In the 1930 census John (age 74) was the married head of household in Hull, Portage, Wisconsin, United States.[8]

There was a man named Wiatrok born about 1850 in Germany.[9] He was the father to both Joseph Wiatrok and Lena Wiatrok. His wife was also born in Germany and they emigrated to the United States where Joseph was born.[9]
