Private Benjamin Warren served with Worcester County Militia, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Benjamin, a son of Timothy and Rebecca (Tainter) Warren, born in Westborough 21 Jul 1745.[1] He married Lucretia Howe 23 Apr 1767[2], and they had 12 children.[3]
Benjamin served Lexington Alarm, Private under Captain George Baker as per the DAR A121443.
