NOTE: It appears that when she married, Florence began shaving years off her age. She was born in July 1894, according to the 1900 Census. Her marriage record states that she was 29, born in July 1897 (her husband was born in 1900). It might have bugged her that she was older than her husband. The 1930 and 1940 Census show that she and her husband were the same age. Her burial records show the birth year of 1900. Also, the 1910 Census shows that she was 11. That math doesn’t work out, either. Conclusion: I don’t know when she was actually born.
