Sarah Wade daughter of George & Sarah Wade was born 28 May 1732 in Lyme, New London, Connecticut. She married Joseph Lord of Lyme 11 May 1749.[2]
Sarah Wade Lord was born 25 May 1732 in Lyme, New London County, Connecticut, and died 13 Feb 1802 (aged 69). She was buried in the Bill Hill Cemetery in Lyme. She was a widow and the stone pictured states she "died of the smallpox".
According to George Wade's profile he married three times:
Elizabeth Durant on 14 July 1708. Elizabeth died 11 Dec 1725;
Sarah Tucker on 13 April 1726. Sarah died 22 Sep 1726; and
Sarah, widow Dowey, on 31 Aug. 1727.

George Wade married Sarah Tucker 13 Apr 1726. Sarah Wade died 22 Sep 1726.
George Wade married the widow Sarah Dowley 31 Aug 1727.
