He was a Carpenter of Edington, Wiltshire when he married Elizabeth Lanfear on 13 January 1801 at Edington, by Licence[1]. They were married by William Roots, Minister. The witnesses were Simon Tayler, Sara Tayler, Mary Tayler and Elizabeth Sarah Roots.
They went on to have at least two children.
