Margarethe Elisabeth Schütte, also given as Margareta Elisabeth Schütte, was born on 7 March 1744 in Walmstorf, Emmendorf, Uelzen, Hanover, Holy Roman Empire to Johann Joachim Schütte (1703-1774) of Ebel no. 3 and Elisabeth Ursula Perau (1712-1773) of Emmendorf. She married Hans Jürgen Ripke (1741-1813) and they had two children:
Margarethe passed away on 16 May 1797 in Röbbel, Bevensen, Uelzen.
