I've been trying to find evidence of Smith-208023 being the granddaughter of Smith-39420 (my 4th great grandmother). I decided to run an One-to-One Autosomal DNA Comparison between us and set the parameters at 7.0cM and 200SNPs. There was a shared HIR segment of 10.0cM and 278SNPs while listing "Estimated number of generations to MRCA = 5.3". The father of Smith-39420 is believed to be Smith-39356 while the believed mother is Eddy-1055, this does line up with what my family has believed. More evidence would help confirm this.
I would like to request trusted list status on Sarah Grover as I would like to keep up to date on changes to her profile and I have important information to add to her profile.
Many thanks!
Bobbie Hall
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.
Add the project tag to your Following list to be kept up to date on any activity that occurs for that project.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree with one profile per person. The farther back you go, it's likely you will find duplicate profiles to link into, so it's a good idea to do a search before you create a new profile.
Do you have Royal Ancestors? If so, they are already here! Please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their already existing profiles.

Welcome to our community, John. Thanks for being willing to help us by filling in those gaping holes. :)
Our Honor Code, G2G message forum, help pages, search features, and many other useful links can be accessed from the menus on the upper right corner of most pages.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.
Thank you for helping in our mission to build a global tree with only ONE profile per person.
Figured I'd volunteer. :) Have ties mostly to New Jersey/Upstate PA and New England, as well as a gaping hole on my mother's side I hope to (someday) fill in.
I live up in central Maine so I could possibly do some 'offline' checking on stuff for people if need be locally when time allows. :)
Also, WikiTree Help is filled with useful information you might want to review. The help pages can be accessed through the link in the upper right hand corner of your profile page.
Our Honor Code is a very important part of why our community is such a friendly place to grow your family tree. :o)
