Biography
Charles was born in 1903. When he and his wife, Lorine, came home from their honeymoon, Black Friday happened and the newlyweds had to move in with his parents for a while. He thought he had $50,000.00 and now he had nothing. He became an insurance salesman for Manulife Financial, he worked in his brother's bank, Commerce Union Bank, and owned Southeastern Motor Freightlines Trucking Company for many years. He passed away in 1970.
