Biography

Maria was born about 1842. She was the daughter of Charles Potter and Ann Jacklin.

Maria (age 5) arrived in Australia on 6 October 1848 with her parents and brother. ^[1]

She married Peter Shirtley in 1875 in Balranald, New South Wales.^[2]

Maria died on 21 July 1926 and was buried in Kelso Anglican Cemetery, Kelso, Bathurst Regional Council, New South Wales, Australia.^[3]
