Biography
- When Charity Emma Porcher was born on October 8, 1842, in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, her father, James Porcher, was 45, and her mother, Sophia Adams, was 38. She married John Cunningham Mikesell on October 27, 1866, in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had 15 children in 16 years. She died on August 22, 1911, in Paradise, Utah, at the age of 68, and was buried there.
