Charlotta "Lottie" Parker was Born on October 12, 1841, in Georgia, United States.

'Lottie' Married George Weston Kisselburg in 1860. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 3 daughters.

Charlotta Parker Kisselburg Passed Away on February 16, 1913, in Sonora, Sutton, Texas, at the age of 71, and was buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Roosevelt, Kimble, Texas, United States.
