Biography
Charles Parker is a part of US Black heritage.
Charles Stewart Parker was head of the Department of Botany at Howard University from 1932 to 1948.
Charles was born in 1879. He is the son of John Parker and Odella Hicks. He passed away in 1950.[1]
He married Annice Marguerite Lewis in Washington, D.C.
