Elizabeth was born about 1782. She passed away in 1865.

Elizabeth had a first husband John Mitchel,, briefly, with one child, Lucinda . Hugh was discharged from the Legion of the United States, 21 August 1775. National Archives is where the copy of the discharge was obtained but all I have are. bmp files of it.

• Clerks Ofice of the County Court of Bourbon Ct, KY, date of Marriage 1804 Sep 13; Parties Hugh BEAKEM and Eliza MItchel by whom married M. Forman, State of KY and County of Bourbon[illeg...sir?sub?]. I Thomas P. Smith Clerk of the County Court of said County do certify that on the thirteenth day of September 1804, a marriage was solemnized between Hugh BEAKem and Eliza Mitchell by the Rev. W. Forman, as appears from the marriage returns of record in my office and froom which the above contract is truly made. [Next to seal:] In testimony whereof I havae hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal of Office this fourth day of January 1851, The date of the year of the above Marriage is One Thousand, eight hundred and four. Tho P Smith, clerk.
