Elizabeth Parcher was born about 1736 in Rockingham, New Hampshire. She married Joseph Foss on December 22, 1757, in Scarborough, Maine. They had Zachariah b.1760 and Job b.1762 during their marriage. She died on October 13, 1794, in Scarborough, Maine, at the age of 58.
