Joseph Cyrille Cenedine Morin est né le 20 février 1902 à Sainte-Justine, Québec, Canada, fils de Guillaume Morin et d'Aimée Laflamme. Il a été baptisé le lendemain à l'église de cette localité, ayant pour parrain Emmanuel Couture et pour marraine Alvine Lamontagne. [1]

Cyrille a épousé Yvonne Lauzon le 15 avril 1925 à Frederickhouse, Cochrane, Ontario, Canada. [2]Leurs enfants connus sont:

  1. Adrienne Morin (1926–2019) .
  2. Cyrille Morin (~1930– ) .
  3. Noëlla Morin (1936–2017) .
  4. Adonia Morin (1941–2014) .
  5. Jules Morin (1943–2021)
