When Elizabeth Miller was born on November 6, 1714, in Kent, Maryland, her father, Michael, was 39, and her mother, Martha, was 38. She married Ralph Page on April 12, 1732, in Kent, Maryland. They had six children in 18 years. She died on August 14, 1773, in her hometown at the age of 58.
