Bold Springs Cemetery, Milburn, Johnston Co., OK. Katie's parents were John R. LONG & America Jane QUAID. Otto Joseph and Katie are listed on the 1900 Marshall Co., Indian Territory Census, living in the household of his parents at Cumberland. They are listed on the 1910, 1920, and 1930 Johnston Co. OK Census, living near the Bold Springs Community. Otto Joseph registered for the draft for WWI on September 12, 1916 at Tishomingo, Johnston Co., . OK. His address was given as Milburn, OK and his occupation was a self-employed farmer. His nearest kin was listed as his wife, Lula Catherine Marshall.
