When Kenneth Glenn MARSHALL was born on 5 February 1888, in Catawba, North Carolina, United States,[1] his parents were Andrew William Marshall and Mildred Caroline Wilfong.[2]
In 1900, Kenneth lived with his parents and two (2) siblings in Hickory Township, Catawba, North Carolina, United States.[3]
He married Lila Coe ROSECRANS Marshall on 30 December 1909, in Fulton, Georgia, United States.[4]
They were the parents of at least 1 son.[5]
In 1920, Kenneth lived in Birmingham, Jefferson, Alabama, United States with his parents, wife and son.[6]
He lived in Miami Beach, Dade, Florida, United States in 1940.[7]
