And I do hereby constitute make & ordain William Marsh & Daniel Hackney the sole executors of this my last will and testament; And do hereby disannul, revoke & disallow all & every other former testament, Wills legacies bequests & executors by me in any wise before named Will'd bequeathed, ratified & confirmed this & no other to be my last Will & testament. Signed, Sealed, Published & Pronounced & declared by the sd. Robert Marsh as his last Will & testament in the presence of us who in these presence & in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names. Solomon Dorsett, James Collins, Matthew Daly, John Marsh Proved by Solomon Dorsett & by James Collins.
There has been some confusion between Robert Marsh, III here, and his son Robert Marsh (IV?). Robert Marsh was married to Rachel Stewart and Margaret Kirk, not Robert Marsh III. Robert Marsh died in 1806, his father a few years earlier.
There is a James Robert Marsh 1688 - 1749, m. Hannah Shepard who are listed as Robert Marsh's parents in many spots online but this James and Hannah Marsh were born and died in Connecticut and had no son Robert.
Second (some sources say first) wife Peggy (Margaret?) Hamlett Hackney. More info needed as to which children belong to which mother because no death date for Martha yet and will indicates he did not leave a widow.
