Cousins? It seems we may be a match. Any idea if it's a close relationship than the one showing? I'm wondering why I have broussard matches and came across an interesting profile today.
I'm hoping you'll get closer than 26 degrees from Peter Mayhew tomorrow, as I made a connection to Pierre Firmin Guidry. Happy holidays!

First welcome to WikiTree, I saw that you just joined on the 31 of Jan, this year! Glad to have you aboard.

The reason I am writing is that I noticed you chose our Integrators Challenge for this month. Was you actually wanting to participate or was it in error?? Because what we do is try to find G2G questions that are a couple years old etc that ask for research of a particular family or ancestor, and then we create new profiles assisting them along the way.

For more information about our project please go here, it may help in understanding our work in the monthly Integrator challenges:

As the coordinator of the Louisiana Project, I wanted to say hi, Tee, and welcome to WikiTree! You and I will probably run into each other quite a bit on Louisiana profiles. I just edited a couple you've worked on, so wanted to let you know to check back in on Boudreaux-229, and Broussard-601 to get an idea of how it's done. You can click on 'Changes' on each profile to figure out how and why changes were made, and please feel free to contact me with any questions. Happy to help if I can!

Hi Tee! thanks for your interest in Girouard-4798. She must be important to you since you are aware that her nickname is Alda. That's great! When you make a change to a profile, please put something in the comment box summarizing what you did AND put a source in the biography for why you made the change. In this case, you could just tell everyone how you know that was her nickname. Thank you!

Hi Tee,

I see that you are making changes to the family of Boucher-69 without providing sources that I can see or communicating with the project. Numerous errors and false/unconfirmed information concerning this family is being circulated on the Internet and elsewhere, therefore I urge you to contact the French Roots Project before making any changes. Please see Pre-1700 profiles for an explanation of this rule. Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, thus coordinating with others is essential.

The Acadians Project seems to fit your Broussard ancestors. Click the link to read how to join.

Please refer to the new recommended sources for Pre-1700’s.Cite Reliable sources

Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find a project..

For questions, just ask!

Mary ~ Pre-1700 Greeter

PS If links do not work a WikiTree email, check on your profile page for this message
