Biography
Julia (Jones) Ware is a part of US Black heritage.
Julia was born in 1869. She was the daughter of Henry Jones and Henrietta Hill.
William Ware married Julia Jones in 1886. In 1900, they were living in Ward 1 (pt.), Ascension, Louisiana.[1].
By 1910, the couple and their children were living in New Orleans Ward 11, Orleans, Louisiana.[2]
They were still there in 1920 and 1930.[3] [4]
By 1940, Julia was a widow and head of household. Her daughter, Helen, was living with her, as well as a grandchild.[5]
She passed away 22 Apr 1944[6] and was buried 24 Apr 1944 in Valence Cemetery in New Orleans, Orleans, Louisiana, United States.[7]
