Biography

George was born some time before he was christened on 15 May 1814 at Loose, Kent, England. He was the son of George Jones & Elizabeth Silk.^[1]

George was transported to the Colony of New South Wales for life. He arrived on the John Barry on the 22 March 1839. ^[2]

George married Tamar Manuel in 1855 in the Colony of New South Wales.^[3]

He passed away in 1884.^[4]
