If this Sarah is one of the two Sarah's baptised in Saint Giles Cripplegate, her parents were either John Jones and Sarah Elizabeth who was baptised on 14 November 1790 in St Giles without Cripplegate, London, England.^[1]

Or

Sarah, daughter of John Jones & Esther, was baptised on 23 December 1792 in St Giles without Cripplegate, London, England.^[2]

In 1808 the previous Sarah would be 16, not impossible but the other would have been 18, so finding an image may clarify this.
