Vernie E. Jenkins, 96, of Texhoma, Oklahoma; passed away Sunday evening, April 12th, 2015 at the Heritage Community Manor in Guymon.
Funeral services are pending and will be announced by the Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.

TEXHOMA, Okla. — Vernie Ellsworth Jenkins, 96, of Texhoma died Sunday, April 12, 2015, in Guymon.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Texhoma United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Enright, pastor, officiating. Inurnment will follow in Texhoma Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
Mr. Jenkins was born May 4, 1918, in Rice to Howard Ellsworth and Bessie Faye Woods Jenkins. He married Audrey "Joy" Lyle on Oct. 3, 1948, in Texhoma. The family suggests memorials be to Texhoma Meals On Wheels, in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
