Biography
When William M. Jenkins was born in November 1827, in Floyd, Kentucky, United States, his father, Robert Jenkins, was 39 and his mother, Frances Franny Williams, was 36. He married Sarah Montgomery on 30 November 1850, in Morgan, Kentucky, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 9 daughters. He lived in Bloomington, Floyd, Kentucky, United States in 1880 and Magisterial District 2, Magoffin, Kentucky, United States in 1900. He registered for military service in 1861. He in the Confederate Army- 2nd KY Mtd Rifles He died on 1 February 1908, in Magoffin, Kentucky, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Magoffin, Kentucky, United States.
