Ebenezer Hall was born in Medford, Massachusetts on May 31, 1748, son of Andrew Hall and Abigail Walker. ^{[1] [2]}

He married Martha Jones at Medford on April 12, 1770. ^[1] His wife Martha was born on June 9, 1750 at Concord, Massachusetts daughter of Ephraim Jones and Mary Hayward. ^[3]

Martha Hall and her husband Ebenezer were two of the grantors in a 1793 quitclaim who identified themselves as the "heirs of our father and grandfather Ephraim Jones late of Concord" and who conveyed property "which was assigned to our mother and grandmother Mary Ayres then Mary Woolcott the late relict and widow of said Ephraim Jone[s] deceased as her dower or third." ^[4]

Ebenezer died at Medford on March 31, 1835. ^[1]

His widow Martha died there in December 1835 ^[2] and was buried on December 23. ^[1]
