He taught genealogy coursed for many (at least 30) years in Huntsville Alabama at the Humana Senior Friends and the Senior center. He spent more than 25 years continuing the genealogical research of David Emmett Gulick (author of Gulick in the USA) who accumulated a wealth of information during his lifetime. He wrote Quarterly Gulick Family Newsletters from 1987 until his death. He compiled the newsletter into the “Gulick Book (more than 1600 pages)” and distributed it to all concerned free of charge via the internet. It is still the best source of information on Gulicks and allied families.
