Biography
SUSAN CAROLINE DAVIS was the daughter of William Davis (1818 - 1885) and Nancy Endicott Whiting Davis (1821 - 1892). She married Abner McDonald Bryant, of Oakland City, Indiana, a Presbyterian minister, a graduate of Asbury University, Greencastle, Indiana. He was a member of Company "A," 58th Indiana Volunteers. Eight children were born to this union, Ernest F., Lillian C., Maymie N., Abner McDonald, William Cullen, Ida Ellen, Jessie C., Daisy Pearle.
Susan passed away in 1918, and was buried at Falls City Cemetery, Falls City, Polk County, Oregon.[1]
