Biography
When Effie Belle Cooper was born on March 5, 1888, in Arkansas, her father, William, was 25, and her mother, Nancy, was 19. She married Elisha Anderson on November 25, 1906. She died on April 20, 1960, in Oklahoma at the age of 72, and was buried in Cherokee, Oklahoma.
