Charles Milford Clark was born on 19 August 1932 in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, United States. He was the son of Ray Elbert Clark and Ida Lee (Grimes) Clark (1911 - 2010).^[1][2][3]

Charles Milford Clark and Georgia Louise Flanagan were married on 07 April 1951 in Dallas County, Texas.^[4] They were the parents of at least three children.

Charles Milford Clark died on 26 March 1984 in San Diego County, California at the age of 51.^[5]
