Biography
Son of Ching Lo Tai and Rose Kalauahao Kawa. John served as a private in Company F of the 2nd Hawaiian Infantry and was a veteran of World War I. John's grave marker lists his birth year as 1900 while his delayed birth certificate application file lists it as 1898.
