Charles Seldon Boyd was born on August 18, 1918 in Paintsville, Johnson, Kentucky, United States, son of Greenville V Boyd (1890–1970) and Clara Nelson (1890–1946).
Charles was born in 1918.[1][2]
In the 1920 census Charles (age 1) was the son of G V Boyd in Paintsville, Johnson, Kentucky.[3]
In the 1930 census Charles (age 10) was the son of Greenville Boyd in District 1, Johnson, Kentucky, United States.[4]
Charles registered for the draft.[5]
He passed away in 1942 in the March 27th, sinking of USS Atik.[2]
