she married 1st, 28 March 1875 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, USA to Chauncey Washington Broughton (as his 3rd wife),^[1] born 22 Jul 1817 at Pepperell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA, died 1893 at Afton Center, DeKalb County, Illinois, USA;

she married 2nd, between 1893 and 1900, J. D. Roberts, born in July 1851 at Illinois, United States (father born in Wales, mother in New York, USA, acc. 1900 Federal Census); no children born from this marriage.

Isabella is buried at Fairview Cemetery, DeKalb, DeKalb County, Illinois, USA.^[2]
