Abraham Bennett Beers was born 24 July 1814 in (possibly Newtown) Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States, died 11 August 1893 at Hornby, Steuben County, New York, USA (needs confirmation), son of Abijah Beers and Nabby Bennett; married 13 Dec 1846 at Newtown, Fairfield County, Connecticut to Sarah Olive Perkins,[1] born in1826 at Newtown, died aft 1880, parents unidentified.
