Oliver Arnold served with Civil Service, Rhode Island during the American Revolution.
Oliver is a Revolutionary War Civil Servant, he was a member of the East Greeenwich, Rhode Island, Town Council 1779-1780. [10] He was selected as a Petit Juryman in January of 1780. [11][12] He is also listed on the 1777 RI Military Census. [13][14]
