Oliver Arnold ^[1] was born about 1727 to William Arnold and Deliverance (Whipple) Arnold. ^[2]

Oliver's daugher Lucy, by his first wife Mary, was born 24 Jul 1757 in Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island, USA. ^[3] Lucy married Joseph Chace on 16 Dec 1781. ^[4]

On 11 Mar 1762, Oliver married his second wife Almy Greene ^{[5][6] [7]} in Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island, USA.

2. Freelove Arnold, born 23 January 1765 in Warwick RI. ^[9]

   Oliver Arnold served with Civil Service, Rhode Island during the American Revolution.

Oliver is a Revolutionary War Civil Servant, he was a member of the East Greeenwich, Rhode Island, Town Council 1779-1780. ^[10] He was selected as a Petit Juryman in January of 1780. ^[11][12] He is also listed on the 1777 RI Military Census. ^{[13] [14]}
